These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Push Button Inc., a corporation operating from Vero Beach, Florida ("Push Button," "we," "us"), and you, the business owner or representative using pushbuttonrecommend.com or any service we provide through it ("you"). By using the site or activating the service, you accept these Terms.
1. What the service is
Push Button Recommend builds and operates a small, AI-readable "recommend" website for your business. The site is built from publicly available information — primarily your public Google reviews and basic business details — and is structured in a way that AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Google's AI, and similar) can crawl, parse, and cite. It is intended to make your business more visible to AI-driven discovery; it does not replace your existing website.
2. Activation and account
We build a draft of your site before reaching out to you. The site you see at the URL we send you is yours to evaluate at no cost. The service is activated when you start your monthly subscription. Once activated, we wire in your phone number, create your private portal, and submit the site across the AI platforms as described on our home page.
You are responsible for keeping the information in your portal up to date, and for the accuracy of any business details you provide.
3. Pricing and payment
- $197 per month, recurring. Billed monthly from the day you activate. Covers everything: hosting, automations, platform updates, AI processing, reporting, and ongoing support.
- No setup fee. No tiers. No add-ons. Same price for every business.
All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the monthly subscription to your payment method on file until you cancel. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which we will add as required by law.
4. 14-day money-back on your first month
If you change your mind within 14 days of your first charge, email gus@pushbuttonrecommend.com and we will refund that first month in full and take your site down. After day 14 the current month's fee is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and the next charge will not occur.
5. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from your portal or by emailing us. There is no minimum term. When you cancel, we stop billing immediately and take your site down within a reasonable period (typically within 7 business days).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if you charge back a payment without contacting us first, or if we are required to do so by law. We'll give you reasonable notice unless circumstances make that impractical.
6. Content on your site
The reviews, ratings, and quotes shown on your AI recommend site come from publicly available sources — primarily your Google Business Profile. We do not invent or fabricate review content. If you believe any content on your site is inaccurate, outdated, or should be removed, email us and we will correct it.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your business name, logo, location, and other public business information as needed to build, operate, and improve your site for the duration of the service.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
The codebase, design system, schema and structured-data implementations, infrastructure, and the methodology behind the AI recommend site (collectively, the "Push Button Platform") are owned by Push Button Inc. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to have your business represented on the Push Button Platform for as long as you maintain an active subscription. The content describing your business on your site remains yours; the platform that hosts and structures it does not.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or to mislead consumers.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform.
- Resell the service or pass it off as your own.
- Submit content that infringes anyone else's rights or violates law.
9. Exclusivity
We aim to work with only one business per trade per service area so that the AI recommendation signal stays clean. Once a competitor in your zip code or immediate service area activates with us in your trade, we will not onboard another business in the same category in that area until the existing relationship ends. This is an operational commitment, not a guarantee of any specific outcome; see Disclaimers below.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to make our service useful, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific number of AI recommendations, leads, customers, rankings, citations, or revenue. AI platforms and search engines change frequently and independently of us.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Push Button Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US$100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Push Button Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you provide to us.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indian River County, Florida, and you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify activated customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Push Button Inc. regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
